Borrowing our banner from National Night Out, Manassas Park Police Department will transform one of the trailer's from "The Trail of Terror" to its' "National Fright Out" police caravan, which will pass out candy bags full of cany treats to neighborhood children as they "trick-or-treat" around the City.
